I will NEVER do business using PayPal service again. Nonetheless, PayPal's customer service is the reason I will be closing my account as soon as I receive my refund. I never received the item purchased, therefore it would make sense to refund me back my money spent. I call to speak with a few representatives as well as a nasty disrespectful supervisor" name Ken (no last name) just to be told my "account for my refund is still under review". PayPal assured me I would receive my credit back for item today November 8th. I have an outstanding dispute since October 21st on an item with a merchant I never received. They are careless foreigners that can barley understand protocol of the company and lack respect for the customer.
I've been using PayPal's service for years and to say the least PayPal customer services as well as supervisors are inconsiderate and unprofessional individuals.
